Encoding uses native browser URL APIs. A literal + remains +; this tool does not silently apply form URL encoding. Encoding an already encoded value encodes its % characters again.
How it works
Percent encoding, clearly separated.
Encode individual values with URI Component mode or preserve URI syntax with Full URI mode. Decode errors are reported without sending input anywhere.
